Rights
On December 1, 2005 Fourth River gave the OK for archive.org:
"My name Bill Smith, I play in a Pittsburgh based band called Fourth River.
Fourth River has the following live recording policy:
* VIDEO taping is not permitted unless authorized by us.
* Audio taping is very much permitted and ecouraged. However we do ask that you do notify us before posting any shows on archive. You contact us at fourthriver@gmail.com .
Unauthorized sale of live recordings is forbidden.
Guest performances by other artists will be governed by that artist's policy. When Fourth River is performing at a festival or other event featuring multiple bands, that particular event's policies may override the bands customary recording policies.
